改善循环中成药物在治疗胰腺炎疾病中的疗效应用

摘　　要：目的 研究改善循环中成药物在胰腺炎治疗中的应用效果。方法 便利选取2019年8月—2021年8月汕头潮南民生医院收治的63例胰腺炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)和观察组(32例)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予改善循环中成药物治疗。持续治疗8周后,观察比较两组治疗前后的凝血功能、肝功能、动脉血气改善情况,症状消失时间及治疗效果。结果 治疗后,两组患者的肝功能及凝血功能均较之前均有明显改善,且观察组ALT、T-Bil、PT、APTT、TT均低于对照组,FIB高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的PaO_(2)有明显升高,PaCO_(2)均降低,且观察组患者动脉血气改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的腹胀、呕吐、发热、恶心的症状消失时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的70.97%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.671,P<0.05)。结论 改善循环中成药物在治疗胰腺炎中有较好的应用效果,患者的凝血功能、肝功能、动脉血气改善情况更优,且症状消失时间更短,治疗有效率更高。Objective To study the effect of ameliorating circulatory Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment of pancreatitis.Methods 63 patients with pancreatitis admitted to Shantou Chaonan People's Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(31 cases)and the observation group(32 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given ameliorating circulatory Chinese traditional medicine.After continuous treatment for 8 weeks,the improvement of coagulation function,liver function,arterial blood gas,symptom disappearance time and therapeutic effect of each group were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the liver function and coagulation function of two groups were significantly improved,and ALT,T-Bil,PT,APTT and TT in the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and FIB was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PaO_(2) increased significantly and PaCO_(2) decreased in two groups,and the improvement of arterial blood gas in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the symptoms of abdominal distension,vomiting,fever and nausea were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The response rate of patients in the observation group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 70.97%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.671,P<0.05).Conclusion Ameliorating circulatory Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment of pancreatitis has a good application effect,the patient's coagulation function,liver function,arterial blood gas improvement situation is better,and symptom disappearance time is shorter,treatment efficiency is higher.
