奥布卡因凝胶联合盐酸达泊西汀治疗原发性早泄的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探究奥布卡因凝胶联合盐酸达泊西汀治疗原发性早泄的临床疗效。方法 随机选择2019年2月—2022年2月泉州市第一医院行原发性早泄治疗的80例患者为研究对象。基于医嘱用药区别分为参照组与观察组,每组40例。参照组予以盐酸达泊西汀单一治疗方式,观察组则予以奥布卡因凝胶与盐酸达泊西汀联合治疗方式。比对两组患者治疗前后阴道内射精潜伏周期(IELT)、早泄诊断量表(PEDT)评分、患者与其伴侣性生活质量的满意度以及治疗不良反应情况。结果 治疗后,第4周及第8周观察组阴道内射精潜伏周期(236.78±33.37)、(335.15±45.94)s均高于对照组(169.48±26.61)、(240.15±41.02)s,差异有统计学意义(t=-9.973、-9.756,P<0.001)。治疗第4周及第8周,观察组早泄诊断量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗第4周,观察组性生活质量满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在治疗原发性早泄时应用奥布卡因凝胶联合盐酸达泊西汀疗效优异,两药联用能进一步增强阴道内射精潜伏周期,减轻早泄症状,提升性生活质量满意度,且药物使用安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oxybuprocaine gel combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation.Methods Eighty patients who were treated for primary premature ejaculation at Quanzhou First Hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into a reference group and an observation group based on the difference in medication prescribed by the doctors,with forty cases in each group.The reference group was treated randomly with dapoxetine hydrochloride alone,while the observation group was treated with a combination of oxybuprocaine gel and dapoxetine hydrochloride.The intravaginal ejaculatory latency cycle(IELT),premature ejaculation diagnostic scale(PEDT)scores,satisfaction with the quality of sexual life between patients and their partners,and adverse effects of treatment were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results The intravaginal ejaculatory latency cycle in the observation group(236.78±33.37)s,(335.15±45.94)s were higher than(169.48±26.61)s,(240.15±41.02)s in the reference group at week 4 and week 8 of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=-9.973,-9.756,P<0.001).In the observation group,Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Scale scores were lower than those of the reference group at both week 4 and week 8 of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).In the observation group,the satisfaction score of sexual quality of life was higher than that of the reference group at week 4 of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse reactions in two group were compared,the difference was not statistically significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of oxybuprocaine gel and dapoxetine hydrochloride is highly effective in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation,and the combination of the two drugs can further enhance the intravaginal ejaculatory latency cycle,reduc
