通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨通心络胶囊、阿托伐他汀钙片两种药物联合治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的有效性。方法 方便选取2021年1—12月宜兴市人民医院接诊的104例冠心病合并高脂血症患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,均进行常规治疗,对照组52例在其基础上以阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗,观察组52例在对照组用药方案上联合通心络胶囊治疗,对两组临床治疗效果、血脂指标改善情况及心功能指标改善程度进行比较。结果 观察组治疗总有效率达到94.23%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.310,P<0.05);观察组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C水平,低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEDD(51.82±3.28)mm、LVESD(35.35±3.11)mm水平,低于治疗前,LVEF水平(48.76±5.45)%高于治疗前,同时优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为5.77%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.283,P<0.05)。结论 通心络胶囊、阿托伐他汀钙片联合方案治疗冠心病合并高脂血症,具有明显的优势,可明显改善患者血脂指标及心功能指标。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Tongxinluo capsule and Atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 104 patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia received from Yixing People´s Hospital during January to December 2021 were conveniently selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into two,each receiving routine treatment,and 52 patients in the control group received atorvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of the treatment.52 cases in the observation group were treated with Tongxinluo capsule on the drug regimen of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect,improvement of blood lipid indexes and improvement of cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.23%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.310,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the increase of HDL-C was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of LVEDD(51.82±3.28)mm and LVESD(35.35±3.11)mm in the observation group after treatment were lower than before,and the level of LVEF(48.76±5.45)%was higher than befre,and also better than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.77%)was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.283,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Tongxinluo capsule and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia has obvious advantages,and can significantly improve the indexes of blood lipid and cardiac function.
