摘 要:随居民疾病谱变化及人口老龄化进程,植入心血管电子器械的人数逐年增多,随访压力随之增大。当前信息化大背景,对智慧和远程医疗的发展提出了迫切要求。心血管植入型电子器械的远程随访发展实现了院外大数据采集和分析。目前心血管植入型电子器械在国外被应用广泛且试验证据充足,在国内虽被推荐但相关研究及应用仍极少,现综述其发展过程与我国应用现状。With the changing disease profiles and the aging of population,the number of patients implanted with cardiovascular electronic devices is increasing year by year,and the follow-up burden is consequently increasing.The current background of information technology has put forward urgent requirements for the development of intelligent and telemedicine.The remote follow-up development of cardiovascular implanted electronic devices has realized the acquisition and analysis of big data outside the hospital.At present,it is widely used in foreign countries and the experimental evidence is sufficient,but the relevant studies and applications are still very few in China.This article reviewed its development and application status in China.
