摘  要:目的 研究姜黄石油醚部位的化学成分。方法 用硅胶柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等现代分离技术以及重结晶等方法对姜黄石油醚部位的化学成分进行分离纯化,通过波谱技术并结合化合物的理化性质对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从姜黄石油醚部位共分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:姜黄烯(1),E-α-atlantone(2),芳姜黄酮(3),2-methyl-6-(4-methyl-5-one-3-cyclohexen)-2-hepten-4-one(4),2-methyl-6-(2-cyclohexen-4-one)-2-hepten-4-one(5),2-methyl-6-(4-methene-5-hydroxyl-2-cyclohexen)-2-hepten-4-one(6),bisacurone(7),姜黄烯醇(8),2-hydroxy-2-methyl-6-p-tolyl-4-heptanone(9),turmeronol A(10)。结论 化合物4首次从姜黄属植物中分离得到,化合物9为新的天然产物。Objective To study the chemical constituents of the petroleum ether fraction of Curcuma longa L.Methods The chemical constituents of the petroleum ether fraction of Curcuma longa L.were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,semi-preparative HPLC and recrystallization.The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and previously reported data.Results 10 compounds were isolated and characterized as α-curcumene(1),E-α-atlantone(2),ar-turmerone(3),2-methyl-6-(4-methyl-5-one-3-cyclohexen)-2-hepten-4-one(4),2-methyl-6-(2-cyclohexen-4-one)-2-hepten-4-one(5),2-methyl-6-(4-methene-5-hydroxyl-2-cyclohexen)-2-hepten-4-one(6),bisacurone(7),curcumenol(8),2-hydroxy-2-methyl-6-p-tolyl-4-heptanone(9),and turmeronol A(10).Conclusion Compound 4 was isolated from this genus for the first time.Compound 9 was firstly isolated from this plant,which represents a new natural product.
