摘　　要：目的 建立来氟米特(leflunomide,LEF)片合理用药评价标准,为其临床用药提供参考。方法 依据循证医学证据建立LEF片合理用药评价标准,并以此标准回顾性分析某三甲医院2020年1月1日~2022年4月30日LEF片门急诊处方。结果 LEF片合理用药评价标准主要包括适应证、禁忌证、用法用量和药物相互作用等,纳入的108张处方中,适应证合理率为77.8%,用法用量合理率为45.2%,存在潜在药物相互作用处方53张(49.1%)。结论 经LEF片合理用药标准评价发现,其临床用药存在一定问题,应制订干预措施,促进临床合理用药。Objective To establish evaluation criteria for rational use of Leflunomide Tablets,therefore to provide references for clinical rational use.Methods The evaluation criteria for rational drug use of Leflunomide Tablets were established based on evidence-based medical evidence,and retrospective analysis of the outpatient and emergency prescription of Leflunomide Tablets from January 1,2020 to April 30,2022 in a GradeⅢA Hospital.Results The evaluation criteria of the rational drug use of Leflunomide Tablets mainly included:indication,contraindication,usage and dosage,potential drug-drug interactions,etc.Among the 108 prescriptions included,the rationality rate was 77.8%,the usage and dosage appropriate rate was 45.2%.Potential drug-drug interactions were found in 53 prescriptions(49.1%).Conclusion After evaluating the rational drug use standards of Leflunomide Tablets,it was found that there are certain problems with their clinical use,and intervention measures should be formulated to promote rational clinical drug use.
