摘  要:5083铝合金板材的成形极限测定不仅精确度低而且实验过程复杂、成本较高,为了更加准确地得出5083铝合金材料的成形极限并降低结果成本,利用数字图像相关法技术和Nakajima实验对5083铝合金的成形极限进行研究。将5083铝合金材料做成不同尺寸的板材以改变其受力状态,并模拟材料实际所受的单向拉伸、平面应变和等双拉3种受力状态。利用应变率准则对5083铝合金材料的实验数据进行处理,得到实验条件下的5083铝合金的成形极限曲线。为方便快捷地预测出5083铝合金材料的成形极限,建立了5083铝合金成形极限的数学模型,将模型预测结果与实验结果具有很高的重合度,为预测5083铝合金的成形极限提供了较好的依据。The forming limit determination of 5083 aluminum alloy sheet is not only low in accuracy but also complicated in the experimental process and high in cost.Therefore,in order to obtain the forming limit of 5083 aluminum alloy material more accurately and reduce the cost of result,the forming limit of 5083 aluminum alloy was investigated by using digital image correlation method technology and Nakajima experiment,and the 5083 aluminum alloy material was made into sheets with different size to change the stress state and simulate the three stress states of unidirectional tension,plane strain and equal double tension that the material suffered practice.Then,the experimental data of 5083 aluminum alloy material were processed by the strain rate criterion to obtain the forming limit curve(FLC)of 5083 aluminum alloy under the experimental conditions.Furthermore,in order to predict the forming limit of 5083 aluminum alloy material conveniently and quickly,a mathematical model of the forming limit for 5083 aluminum alloy was established and the model prediction and experiment results have a high degree of overlap,which provides a good basis for predicting the forming limit of 5083 aluminum alloy.
