摘 要:针对重型锻造液压机故障诊断难度较大,以及传统诊断方式费时费力、排查周期较长、只能定性分析、故障原因诊断不准确的问题,提出了一种基于制造知识的重型锻造液压机状态分析与故障诊断方法,给出了故障诊断流程和分析方法选取方式。并以滑块无法回程故障为例,说明了故障树测试步骤,以及在故障树的引导下,故障原因的检查过程。最终,将重型锻造液压机的故障树等级分为4级,并给出了每一等级的危害以及处理方式和方法,实现了重型锻造液压机远程运维中故障的快速识别与诊断分析。Aiming at the problems of difficult fault diagnosis for heavy forging hydraulic press,as well as the problems of time-consuming and laborious,long troubleshooting cycle,only qualitative analysis and inaccurate fault cause diagnosis for traditional diagnosis methods,a method of state analysis and fault diagnosis for heavy forging hydraulic press based on manufacturing knowledge was proposed,and the fault diagnosis process and selection method of analysis method were given.Taking the failure of slider unable to return as an example,the test steps of fault tree and the inspection process of fault cause under the guidance of fault tree were explained.Finally,the fault tree level of heavy forging hydraulic press was divided into four levels,and the hazard of each level and the handling methods and methods were given,so as to realize the rapid identification and diagnosis analysis of faults in the remote operation and maintenance of heavy forging hydraulic press,
