摘 要:为探究配合比参数对轻骨料混凝土性能的影响规律,获得最佳的配合比参数,通过控制变量法开展水胶比、体积砂率及粉煤灰掺量对LC50轻骨料混凝土工作性、抗压强度及干表观密度影响的试验研究,结果表明减小水胶比可有效增强混凝土抗压强度,对工作性有负面影响;适当提高体积砂率对混凝土工作性和抗压强度有积极影响;增加粉煤灰掺量对早期强度影响较大,整体强度随掺量增加而降低,但28d抗压强度无明显差异,并有效抑制轻骨料上浮.In order to explore the influence law of mix ratio parameters on the performance of lightweight aggregate concrete and obtain the best mix ratio parameters,the effects of water-binder ratio,volumetric sand ratio,and fly ash content on the workability,compressive strength,and dry apparent density of LC50 lightweight aggregate concrete are carried out through the control variable method.The results show that reducing the water-binder ratio can effectively enhance the compressive strength of concrete,which has a negative effect on the workability;increasing the volume sand ratio has positive influence on the workability and compressive strength of concrete;increasing fly ash content has a great influence on the early strength,and the overall strength decreases with the increase of fly ash content,but the 28d compressive strength has no significant difference,and effectively inhibits the buoyancy of light aggregate.
