摘  要:硫酸盐广泛存在与国内大部分地区土壤中,地面混凝土构筑物长期受硫酸盐物理、化学侵蚀作用,将产生混凝土层层剥落、强度下降等现象,因此混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀的重要性显得尤为突出。目前许多国内外学者对提高混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力的措施做了大量研究,研究表明水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料(CCCW)是较合适的掺料。基于此,文中将CCCW以不同水泥取代率掺入普通C30混凝土并进行抗硫酸盐实验,分析CCCW的水泥取代率与混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能之间的关系。结果表明CCCW在普通C30混凝土中的水泥取代率为3%时,对混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能提升最显著;以3%水泥取代率掺CCCW的普通C30混凝土的抗压强度可提高7%;以3%水泥取代率掺CCCW的普通C30混凝土在经过150d硫酸盐浸泡后强度较未受侵蚀普通C30混凝土的抗压强度降低3.67%,相对于未掺CCCW普通C30混凝土,强度损伤降低了7%。Sulfate is widely distributed in the soil in most areas of China.Concrete structures on the ground are subjected to physical and chemical erosion of sulfate for a long time,which would cause concrete layer by layer peeling and strength reduction.Therefore,the importance of concrete sulfate resistance is particularly prominent.At present,many domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the measures to improve the sulfate resistance of concrete,and the research shows that cementitious capllary crystalline waterproofing(CCCW)material is a suitable admixture.Based on this,sulfate resistance test is carried out to analyze the relationship between the cement substitution rate of CCCW and the sulfate resistance of concrete,in which CCCW material is added into ordinary C3O concrete with different cement substitution rates.The results show that when the cement replacement ratio of CCCW in ordinary C30 concrete is 3%,the sulfate resistance of concrete is most significantly improved;the compressive strength of ordinary C30 concrete mixed with CCCW material with 3%cement replacement ratio can be increased by 7%;the compressive strength of ordinary C30 concrete mixed with 3%cement replacement ratio and CCCW material after 150d sulfate immersion is 3.67%lower than that of ordinary C30 concrete without corrosion,and the strength damage is 7%lower than that of ordinary C30 concrete without CCCW material.
