脱硫石膏改性硫氧镁水泥性能试验研究

摘  要:研究了不同掺量烟气脱硫石膏和前期养护温度对硫氧镁水泥性能的影响。对硫氧镁水泥的力学性能进行了评估,包括抗压强度、软化系数和体积稳定性。并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)试验来表征硫氧镁水泥的物相组成以及微观结构形貌。结果表明随着烟气脱硫石膏的掺量增加,硫氧镁水泥强度呈现降低的趋势,但耐水性能得到提升。与20℃温度养护相比,40℃的前期温度养护可提高硫氧镁水泥的抗压强度及耐水性能,提高水泥的28d抗压强度和软化系数。SEM以及XRD试验结果表明40℃温度养护可促进针棒状5Mg(OH)_(2)·MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O(5-1-7相)相的形成,为硫氧镁水泥的抗压强度和耐水性性能的提升和改善提供了参考。The effectiveness of the addition of different dosages of flue gas desulfurization gypsum and the initial curing temperature on the characteristics of magnesium oxysulfate cement is investigated.The mechanical properties of magnesium oxysulfate cement are evaluated,including compressive strength,softening coefficient,and volumetric stability.The phase composition analysis and microstructure morphology of the magnesium oxysulfate cement are characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that magnesium oxysulfate cement shows a trend of decreasing strength,but increasing water resistance with the increase of flue gas desulfurization gypsum dose.Compared to the results in 20℃,the compression strength and the water resistance of magnesium oxysulfate cement are higher with the curing temperature 40℃,meanwhile,the 28-day compressive strength of cement and the softening coefficient can be improved.The results of SEM and XRD indicate that the formation of needle-shaped 5Mg(OH)_(2)·MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O(5-1-7 phase)phase are promoted at 40℃,providing the reference for the improvement of the compressive strength and water resistance.
