摘 要:文中以意杨结构胶合板在轻型木结构中作为屋面板和楼板的应用为目的,通过静载试验及数值模拟,考察了意杨结构胶合板在干态、湿态以及湿态重新干燥3种状态下的抗弯性能.试验结果表明,意杨结构胶合板在上述3种状态下的荷载与挠度呈明显的线性关系,且干态状态下意杨结构胶合板的挠度小于湿态及湿态重新干燥状态下意杨结构胶合板的挠度.另一方面,数值计算结果与试验结果吻合的较好,说明意杨结构胶合板的弯曲性能可采用数值计算的方法近似表征.通过试验及数值计算结果与规范GB 50206-2012对比可知,意杨结构胶合板的抗弯性能满足轻型木结构中屋面板与楼面板的要求,可应用于轻型木结构中.为意杨结构胶合板应用于工程实践提供了参考.The purpose of this paper is to study the application feasibility of Yiyang structure plywood as roof panel and floor panels in light wood structures.The experimental and numerical investigations are carried out to study the flexural performance of Yiyang structure plywood under dry state,wet state,and the state from wetness to dryness.The experimental results show that the relationship between load and deflection of Yiyang structure plywood is obviously linear in the three states,and the deflection of Yiyang structure plywood in dry state is less than that in the other two conditions.On the other hand,the numerical results agree well with the experimental results,which suggest that flexural performance of Yiyang structure plywood can be approximately predicted by numerical simulation.The experimental and numerical results are compared with results from CB 50206-2012 code,showing that the flexural performance of Yiyang structure plywood can meet the requirements of roof and floor panels,and it can be used in light wood structure.This study may provide the reference for Yiyang structure plywood used in engineering practice.
