摘　　要：柴油机调速控制系统是柴油机的核心控制单元,出于自主可控及用户使用的需求,采用国产化电子元器件研发适用于不同型号柴油机的调速控制系统通用平台势在必行,从根本上解决售后维护、备配件准备难度大的问题,研发过程中需从系统设计和工艺设计方面解决国产化电子元器件可靠性和环境适应性相对较低的难题,整体提升国产化调速控制系统的性能。Diesel engine speed control system is the core control unit of diesel engine.For the needs of autonomous control and user use,it is imperative to use domestic electronic components to develop a common platform for speed control system suitable for different types of diesel engines,which can fundamentally solve the problems of after-sales maintenance and difficult spare parts preparation.In the process of research and development,it is necessary to solve the problem of relatively low reliability and environmental adaptability of domestic electronic components from the aspects of system design and process design,and improve the performance of domestic speed control system as a whole.
