摘　　要：习近平基于闽东扶贫开发实践而所作的《摆脱贫困》专著蕴含了许多深刻的农村扶贫开发重要论述,主要有“思想扶贫、教育扶贫、产业扶贫、搬迁扶贫、生态扶贫、党建扶贫”等,这些重要论述及其实践措施系统回答了农村扶贫“谁来扶、扶持谁、怎么扶”的问题,已成为习近平精准扶贫思想的重要源头。在全力推进乡村振兴的新时期,系统梳理《摆脱贫困》中关于农村扶贫开发的系列重要论述,对指导当前乡村振兴及实现共同富裕具有重要启示。The monographs"Up and Out of Poverty"written by Xi Jinping based on the practice of poverty alleviation in eastern Fujian,contains profound thoughts on poverty management,and it has become an important source of Xi jinping's thought on targeted poverty alleviation.In the post-poverty alleviation era,this book mainly covers important discussions and practical measures on"ideological"poverty alleviation,education poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation,relocation poverty alleviation,ecological poverty alleviation and party building poverty alleviation.These important discourses and practical measures have systematically answered the question of"who will help-who will be helped-how to help"in rural poverty alleviation,which has become an important source of Xi Jinping's targeted poverty alleviation thought.In the new era of rural revitalization,a systematic review of the series of these important discourses in"Up and Out of Poverty"is of great guiding significance for promoting rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity in China.
