摘  要:为探明瓦氏黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus vachelli)形态性状与体重的关系,以同一批次繁殖的 60 日龄瓦氏黄颡鱼幼鱼为研究对象,测定了体长(X_(1))、全长(X_(2))、最大体高(X_(3))、肛门处体高(X_(4))、尾柄高(X_(5))、吻-背鳍前端(X_(6))、背鳍基长(X_(7))、背鳍后端-脂鳍前端(X_(8))、脂鳍基长(X_(9))、脂鳍末端-尾鳍基(X_(10))、胸鳍前长(X_(11))、背鳍前长(X_(12))、腹鳍前长(X_(13))、臀鳍前长(X_(14))、尾柄长(X_(15))、头高(X_(16))头宽(X_(17))和体重(Y)共 18 个生物学性状,运用表型值统计、相关分析、通径分析、回归分析,以及生长曲线拟合等方法,研究了形态性状与体重的关系。结果表明:18 个生物学指标中,体重的变异系数最大,为 19.10%,说明瓦氏黄颡鱼体重具有较大的选择潜力;瓦氏黄颡鱼主要形态性状(X_(8)、X_(10)除外)与体重均呈极显著(P<0.01)的相关性,其中,X_(4)与体重的相关性最强(0.921);通径分析结果显示 X_(4)、X_(12)对体重的直接作用呈极显著水平(P<0.01),X_(5)对体重的直接作用呈显著水平(P<0.05);X_(4)、X_(12)、X_(5)对体重共同决定系数达 0.919;逐步回归分析剔除回归系数不显著的变量,建立了形态性状(X_(4)、X_(12)、X_(5))与体重(Y)的多元回归方程 Y=﹣5.210 + 3.594X_(4)+ 1.415X_(12)+ 3.308X_(5)(R^(2)= 0.920);X_(4)与体重的最佳拟合模型为 Y=2.410 + 7.161 ln X;X_(5)、X_(12)与体重的最佳拟合模型分别为 Y = e^(3.258-1.061/x)、Y=e^(3.816-4.977/x)。结果可为瓦氏黄颡鱼选育提供参考。In order to investigate the relationship between morphological traits and body weight of Pelteobagrus vachelli,60-day-old juveniles of Pelteobagrus vachelli bred in the same batch were researched.The body weight(Y) and 17 morphological traits were measured,including body length(X_(1)),the total length(X_(2)),maximal body depth(X_(3)),body depth at anus(X_(4)),caudal peduncle depth(X_(5)),snout-dorsal fin base distance(X_(6)),dorsal fin base length(X_(7)),dorsal end-adipose fin base distance(X_(8)),adipose-fin base length(X_(9)),adipose-caudal fin distance(X_(10)),prepectoral length(X_(11)),predorsal length(X_(12)),prepelvic length(X_(13)),preanal length(X_(14)),caudal peduncle length(X_(15)),head depth(X_(16)) and head width(X_(17)).The relationship between the morphological traits and body weight studied by phenotypic value statistics,correlation analysis,path analysis,regression analysis and growth curve fitting.The results showed that among the 18 biological indexes,body weight had the largest variation coefficient,which was 19.10%,indicating that body weight of Pelteobagrus vachelli had great potential for selection.The main morphological traits(except X_(8)were and X_(10)) of Pelteobagrus vachelli were extremely significantly correlated with body weight(P<0.01),and X_(4)had the highest correlation with body weight(0.921).Path analysis showed that the direct effect of X_(4)and X_(12)on body weight was extremely significant(P < 0.01),and the direct effect of X_(5)on body weight was significant(P < 0.05).X_(4),X_(12),X_(5)had the largest joint determinate coefficient(0.919).Through stepwise regression analysis eliminating unobvious variables in regression coefficient,the multiple regression equation of the morphological traits and body weigh was Y=-5.210 + 3.594X_(4)+ 1.415X_(12)+3.308X_(5)(R~2 = 0.920).The model equation of the best-fitting models of X_(4)on body weight was Y=2.410 + 7.161lnX.The model equations of the best-fitting models of X_(4)and X_(12)on body weight were Y=e^(3.258-1.061/x),Y=e^(3.816-4.9
