摘 要:通过向循环流化床锅炉加入脱硝催化剂,利用炉膛内部存在的还原性气氛,在炉膛内部将烟气中的NO催化还原成N2,实现炉内原位脱硝。工业应用试验结果表明:通过向某循环流化床锅炉炉膛投加CFB-DeNO_(x)脱硝催化剂,可有效降低炉膛内烟气中NO_(x)浓度。当锅炉内脱硝催化剂藏量占锅炉床料总量的5%(质量分数)时,锅炉中NO_(x)浓度降低55.0%~70.2%,可减少后部SNCR脱硝单元负荷85%,减少臭氧催化氧化脱硝单元负荷30%。投加脱硝催化剂后,飞灰中含碳量有所降低,表明脱硝剂对锅炉热效率无负面影响,且有利于提高燃料燃烧效率。加入脱硝催化剂后,锅炉运行正常;SO_(2)含量、石灰石用量随燃煤硫含量在正常范围内变化,烟囱出口SO_(2)含量低于5mg/m^(3);表明脱催化剂对锅炉运行和SO_(2)排放没有负面影响。By adding denitrification catalyst to the circulating fluidized bed boiler,the reducing atmosphere in the furnace is used for the catalytic reduction of NO in flue gas to N_(2) in the furnace,so as to achieve insitu denitrification in furnace.The results of industrial application show that the NO_(x) concentration of flue gas in the furnace can be effectively reduced by adding CFB-DeNO_(x) denitrification catalyst into the furnace of a circulating fluidized bed boiler.When the inventory of denitrification catalyst in boiler accounts for 5%(mass fraction)of the total boiler bed material,the NO_(x) concentration in the boiler is reduced by 55.0%~70.2%,which can reduce the load of downstream SNCR denitrification unit by 85% and reduce the load of ozone catalytic oxidation denitrification unit by 30%.After adding denitrification catalyst,the carbon content of fly ash decreases,indicating that denitrification catalyst has no negative effect on the thermal efficiency of boiler and helps to improve the combustion efficiency of fuel.After adding denitrification catalyst,the boiler has been operated normally.The SO_(2) content and limestone consumption vary with the sulfur content of coal within the normal range,and the SO_(2) content at the inlet of stack is less than 5mg/m^(3),indicating that denitrification catalyst has no negative effect on boiler operation and SO_(2)emission.
