摘　　要：Bailiwick of Jersey is a British Crown dependency,with independent government,postal service,police,etc.,and convenient transportation to and from Britain.The Chinese New Year celebration was organized by government of Bailiwick of Jersey for the first time,which helped to promote Chinese New Year celebrations in the area.
