摘 要:以乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)为主基体,1,4-双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB)和三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯(TAIC)为交联体系,三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)为弹性体改性剂,采用一次模压法制备了发泡EVA复合材料。研究了不同BIPB含量和弹性体改性剂种类对复合发泡材料交联行为、形貌结构、硬度、密度、回弹性、压缩永久变形的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内随着交联剂用量的增加,复合发泡材料最佳交联时间缩短,硬度和密度增大,回弹性先增大后降低,压缩永久变形变小;其中较优复合材料的密度为0.14 g/cm^(3),C型硬度为42,回弹性为62.5%,微观泡孔形貌特征为闭孔结构,平均孔径大小约130μm;EPDM和SEBS对回弹性的改善程度相近。The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)foamed composites were prepared by the one-step method of compression molding,using EVA as main substrate,BIPB and TAIC as crosslinker,EPDM or SEBS as elastic modifier.The effects of different BIPB dosages and kinds of elastic modifiers on the crosslinking behavior,morphology,hardness,density,resilience and compression permanent deformation of foamed composites were investigatedResults show that as the crosslinker dosage increases in a certain range,the optimal crosslinking time is shortened,the hardness and density are increased,resilience is firstly increased and then decreased,and the compression permanent deformation is decreased on the foamed composite.Among them,the density of the better composite is 0.14 g/cm^(3),the hardness is 42 Shore C,the resilience is 62.5%,the microstructure of bubbles is a closed pore structure,and the average pore size is about 130μm.EPDM and SEBS have similar ability to improve the resilience of foamed composites.
