摘　　要：当前,全球新型多重复杂挑战交织叠加,2030年可持续发展议程严重受阻,重振全球发展合作是有效应对发展挑战的关键。基于此,2022年12月2—3日,商务部国际贸易经济合作研究院与联合国开发计划署驻华代表处联合主办了第三届“中国与国际发展”论坛。论坛以“应对多重挑战,重振全球发展合作,助力2030年可持续发展”为主题,围绕国际发展合作前景与中外实践、气候变化、创新可持续发展融资和债务处理模式,以及儿童发展合作等议题进行对话。论坛期间,商务部研究院牵头发起“中国与国际发展智库联盟”。Due to multiple challenges across the globe, the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development has been severely hindered. Revitalizing global development cooperation is the key to effectively addressing the global challenges. Given the context, the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation and the United Nations Development Programme co-host the Third China and International Development Forum from December 2 to 3, 2022. With the theme of “responding to complicated development challenges and revitalizing global development cooperation toward the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,” representatives give speeches on topics including the prospect of international development cooperation and Chinese and foreign practice, climate change, innovation in sustainable development financing and debt processing models as well as child development cooperation.
