摘  要:首先介绍了数字孪生技术的发展与现状,明确了火箭飞行数字孪生体的内涵,并提出了一种运载火箭飞行过程数字孪生系统,介绍了系统的组成架构和关键技术,展望了该系统的应用场景。基于运载火箭飞行过程数字孪生系统,可以在地面利用高速计算资源和海量数据资源,通过与真实火箭的数据交互,实现对火箭飞行全过程的跟踪映射、故障诊断、预示评估和智能决策,全面提升火箭的智能化健康管理水平,提高运载火箭的飞行可靠性。This paper introduces the development and present situation of digital twin technology,defines the connotation of the Rocket Flight Digital Twin,proposes a digital twin system for the flight of launch vehicle based on this theory,introduces the system structure and key technologies,and prospects the application scenarios of this system.Based on the digital twin system for the flight of launch vehicle,the high-speed computing resources and huge amounts of data resources on the ground can be utilized for implementing the tracking and mapping of the whole process of rocket flight,troubleshooting,predictive assessment and intelligent decision making through interactions with real rocket flight data.This digital twin system can improve the level of intelligent health management and the reliability of launch vehicle flight.
