摘　　要：通用车辆装备维修保障是现代化后勤建设中的重要组成部分,通用车辆装备的维修保障能力是否满足平时和战时的要求,都需要对通用车辆装备的维修保障能力进行评估。于是提出一种基于Delphi-FCE的通用车辆装备维修保障能力评估方法。先提出基于Delphi法的通用车辆装备维修保障能力评估指标体系构建方法,以解决当前评估指标体系的构建不够科学的问题。然后建立通用车辆装备保障能力的综合评估模型,以期获得更加科学化和合理化评估结果。最后通过实例验证所提方法的正确性,结果表明该方法建立的评估指标客观有效、科学合理,所得的评估结果更加精确。研究工作为指导车辆装备维修保障能力提升有重大意义。Maintenance support of general vehicle equipment support is an important part of modern logistics construction.Whether the maintenance support capability of general vehicle equipment meets the requirements of peacetime and wartime needs to be evaluated.Therefore,this paper proposes an assessment method of general vehicle equipment maintenance support capability based on Delphi-FCE.First of all,the construction method of evaluation index system for maintenance support capability of general vehicle equipment based on Delphi method is proposed to solve the problem that the construction of current evaluation index system is not scientific enough..Then the comprehensive evaluation method of general vehicle equipment support capability was established in order to obtain more scientific and rational evaluation results.Finally,an example was given to verify the correctness of the proposed method.The results show that the evaluation indexes established by the method are objective,effective,scientific and reasonable so that obtained evaluation results are more accurate.The research work has a guiding significance for strengthening the construction of vehicle equipment maintenance support capacity.
