摘 要:为提高通信辐射源时差定位精度,提出了一种加权最小二乘估计和卡尔曼滤波相结合的算法。首先利用加权最小二乘算法对目标位置进行估计,得到目标位置的粗略估计值,由于多径效应的影响和误差的存在,基站对目标信号的分辨干扰定位解算是有偏的,利用最小均方误差(LMS)算法抑制多径效应的影响;针对俯仰角误差,再通过卡尔曼滤波算法对俯仰角误差进行估计;利用原始测量值减去对定位误差的估计值,重新利用加权最小二乘算法对目标位置进行估计,加权最小二乘算法和卡尔曼滤波算法交互迭代的方法,时差—测向联合定位,提高目标定位精度;最后进行了定位精度分析,推导了定位精度的GDOP,验证了目标的定位精度。通过仿真验证,上述算法有效地降低了通信辐射源目标带来的计算误差,提高了定位精度;同时对目标定位精度的GDOP进行仿真验证。In order to improve the time dfference location accuracy of communication radiation sources,a weighted least square estimation algorithm combined with Kalman filter is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the weighted least square algorithm was used to roughly estimate the target and the rough estimate value of the target is obtained.Due to the influence of multipath effect and the existence of errors,the resolution of the base station to the target was biased by the interference location solution,and the least mean square error(LMS)algorithm was used to suppress the influence of multipath effect;Then the error of pitch Angle was estimated using Kalman filter algorithm.Subtract the estimated value of the positioning error from the original measured value,and re-use the weighted least squares algorithm to estimate the target position.The weighted least squares algorithm and the Kalman filter algorithm were iterated with each other,and the TDOA-DF joint positioning improved the target positioning accuracy;Finally,the positioning accuracy was analyzed,the GDOP of positioning accuracy was derived,and the positioning accuracy of the target was verified.The simulation results show that the above algorithm can effectively reduce the calculation error caused by the communication emitter target and improve the positioning accuracy;At the same time,the GDOP of target positioning accuracy is simulated and verified.
