基于知识图谱分析中医药诊治缺血性中风研究现状

摘　　要：目的:分析近20年来中医药诊治缺血性中风的研究热点,并讨论其未来发展方向。方法:以缺血性中风为研究主题,检索中国知网2000年1月—2020年12月的文献,利用CiteSpace软件和VOSviewer软件,通过合作网络、关键词聚类、关键词共现等方法对文献的发表年份、作者、关键词等进行可视化图谱分析。结果:共纳入中文文献4558篇,年发文量呈现波动上升趋势;通过计量分析得到中医药诊治缺血性中风领域的代表性研究学者有邹忆怀、王永炎、黄燕、李可建及其形成的研究团队;关键词主要有针灸疗法、针刺、急性期、神经功能、气虚血瘀、脑缺血等,并形成15个聚类群,神经功能、缺血性中风并发症、炎性因子等为主要研究热点。结论:本研究运用知识图谱的研究方法,直观地展现了缺血性中风在中医药领域近20年的研究概况,为该领域的中医药研究学者提供参考。Objective:To analyze the research status of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke in recent 20 years and prospect for its future development direction.Methods:Ischemic stroke literatures published in CNKI from January 2000 to December 2020 were retrieved.The year of publication,authors,and keywords of the literature were visualized through collaborative network,keyword clustering,and keyword co-occurrence by CiteSpace and VOSviewer software.Results:A total of 4558 Chinese literatures were included,and the annual number of documents showed a fluctuating upward trend.ZOU Yihuai,WANG Yongyan,HUANG Yan,LI Kejian and their research teams were obtained as representative researchers in the field of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke through econometric analysis.Keywords were acupuncture therapy,acupuncture,acute stage,neurological function,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,cerebral ischemia.And 15 cluster groups were formed.Neurological function,complication,inflammatory factors were the main important issues.Conclusion:Using the research method of knowledge mapping,this study intuitively shows the research overview of ischemic stroke in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in recent 20 years,and provides a reference for Chinese medicine researchers in this field.
