血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6指标在慢性肾功能衰竭患者中的检验价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析血清瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者中的检验价值。方法将2019年2月-2022年2月佳木斯市中心医院收治的80例CRF患者设为CRF组,其肾功能衰竭分期为:Ⅰ期12例、Ⅱ期24例,Ⅲ期25例,Ⅳ期19例。另选取同期80位健康体检者设为健康组,检测两组血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6指标,比较CRF组与健康组、不同分期CRF患者、血液透析治疗前后CRF患者的血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平。结果CRF组血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6指标水平高于健康组(P<0.05);CRF患者不同分期血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6指标由高至低依次为Ⅳ期>Ⅲ期>Ⅱ期>Ⅰ期(P<0.05);CRF组血液透析后的血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6指标低于血液透析前(P<0.05)。结论血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6指标在CRF患者中呈高表达,其含量水平随疾病分期进展而增加,经血液透析后下降。Objective To analyze the test value of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods A total of 80 CRF patients admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were set as CRF group,and their renal failure stages were:12 cases of stageⅠ,24 cases of stageⅡ,25 cases of stageⅢ,19 cases of stageⅣ.Another 80 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the healthy group.The serum TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 indexes of the two groups were detected.The serum TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 levels of CRF group and healthy group,CRF patients with different stages,CRF patients before and after hemodialysis treatment were compared.Results The levels of serum TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in CRF group were higher than those in healthy group(P<0.05).The levels of serum TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in different stages of CRF patients were in the order of stageⅣ>stageⅢ>stageⅡ>stageⅠ(P<0.05).The levels of serum TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in CRF group after hemodialysis were lower than those before hemodialysis(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 are highly expressed in CRF patients,and their levels increase with the progression of disease stage and decrease after hemodialysis.
