老年糖尿病护理中应用护患沟通对提高患者依从性和改善病情的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病护理中应用护患沟通对提高患者依从性和改善病情的作用。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月我院收治的老年糖尿病患者74例,按照随机数字表法分为CG组和OG组,每组37例。CG组采取常规糖尿病护理措施,OG组在护理中应用护患沟通技巧。比较两组住院期各项目依从性评分,护理前后负性情绪、血糖指标、自我管理能力(SDSCA-6量表)、生存质量(DSQL量表)改善情况。结果OG组依从性评分整体高于CG组(P<0.05);OG组负性情绪评分、血糖指标低于CG组(P<0.05);两组护理后SDSCA-6评分高于护理前,且OG组高于CG组(P<0.05);OG组DSQL评分低于CG组(P<0.05)。结论临床在为老年糖尿病患者提供护理服务时,应用护患沟通技巧能够提高患者依从性,减轻患者住院期负性情绪,也有利于促进患者病情改善,达到稳定控制血糖、提高血糖管理能力、提升生存质量的效果。Objective To explore the effect of nurse-patient communication in elderly diabetes mellitus nursing on improving patient compliance and improving the condition.Methods A total of 74 elderly diabetic mellitus patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into CG group and OG group according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The CG group adopted routine diabetes care measures,and the OG group applied nurse-patient communication skills in nursing.The compliance scores of each item during hospitalization,the improvement of negative emotion,blood glucose index,self-management ability(SDSCA-6 scale)and quality of life(DSQL scale)before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance score of OG group was higher than that of CG group(P<0.05).The negative emotion score and blood glucose index in OG group were lower than those in CG group(P<0.05).The SDSCA-6 score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and that in the OG group was higher than that in the CG group(P<0.05).The DSQL score of OG group was lower than that of CG group(P<0.05).Conclusion When providing nursing services for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus,the application of nurse-patient communication skills can improve patient compliance,reduce negative emotions during hospitalization,and also help to improve the patient's condition,achieve stable control of blood glucose,improve blood glucose management ability,and improve quality of life.
