摘　　要：口底蜂窝织炎(CFM)是一种涉及双侧颌下间隙、舌下间隙及颏下间隙的弥散性蜂窝组织炎,而高血糖导致的免疫功能紊乱会加剧上述的颌面部感染,从而引起颈部坏死性筋膜炎(CNF)等并发症,治疗难度和病死率较高。本文报道一例我院近期收治的颏部外伤后导致CFM伴CNF的糖尿病患者,以期为临床多学科诊疗此类患者提供参考。Cellulitis of the floor of the mouth(CFM)is a kind of diffuse cellulitis involving bilateral submaxillary space,sublingual space,and submental space,whereas the immune function disorder caused by hyperglycemia often leads to the above rapid development of maxillofacial infection,resulting in complications such as cervical necrotizing fasciitis(CNF),which have relatively high treatment difficulty and fatality rate.This article reports a case of diabetic patients with CFM and CNF caused by chin trauma,in order to provide reference for clinical multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment.
