摘　　要：电动洗胃机用于抢救食物中毒、服毒患者及手术前洗胃,普遍应用于各医疗单位、急救中心。压力和流量作为电动洗胃机检测过程中的两个关键性能指标,是电动洗胃机注册检验、监督抽验的必检项目。医疗器械检测机构通常采用秒表、量杯等方式对被检样品进行测试,不仅操作不便,还存在较大的测量误差。该研究通过研制一种电动洗胃机参数检测装置,主要对电动洗胃机使用时的压力和流量参数进行快速的自动检测,并满足电磁兼容抗扰度试验的要求。设计完成后多次重复测试得到的结果显示,该电动洗胃机参数检测装置能够提高检验效率,并能够保障检测数据的准确性。Used to rescue patients with food poisoning,taking poison and gastric lavage before surgery,electric gastric lavage machine is widely used in medical institutions and emergency centers.As the two indispensable performance indicators in the detection process of electric gastric lavage machine,pressure and flow are the required items for registration inspection,supervision and sampling inspection of electric gastric lavage machine.Stopwatch,measuring cup and other methods are usually used by medical device testing institutions to test the tested samples,with inconvenient operation and large measurement error.Through the development of a parameter detection device for electric gastric lavage machine,the pressure and flow parameters of electric gastric lavage machine can be quickly and automatically detected,and the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility immunity test can also be met.After the design was completed,the results of repeated tests showed that the parameter detection device of the electric gastric lavage machine can improve the inspection efficiency and ensure the accuracy of the detection data.
