摘　　要：社会主义市场经济是一个伟大创造,在社会主义条件下充分利用和发挥资本的积极作用同样是一个伟大创造,是社会主义经济理论与实践的重大创新。在全面建设社会主义现代化的新发展阶段,必须坚持以马克思主义和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,科学总结我国社会主义市场经济发展实践经验,正确认识资本与资本主义、资本与社会主义的关系,深刻认识资本主义制度中的资本和社会主义制度中的资本的共性和本质区别,深化认识社会主义市场经济中资本的特性与作用,更好发挥资本在社会主义经济发展中的积极作用,进一步加强对资本的规范、监管和引导,防止资本无序扩张和野蛮生长,坚持反垄断和反不公平竞争,使各类资本更好地服务于构建新发展格局、实现高质量发展、全体人民共同富裕和全面建设社会主义现代化国家大局。Socialist market economy is a great creation.It is also a great creation to make full use of and give full play to the positive role of capital under socialist conditions.It is a major innovation in socialist economic theory and practice.In the new development stage of building socialist modernization in an all-round way,firmly guided by Marx-ism and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,we should scientifically summarize the practical experience of the development of China's socialist market economy,correctly understand the relationship between capital and capitalism as well as between capital and socialism,have a deep understanding of the similarities and essential differences between capital in the capitalist system and capital in the socialist system,deepen our under-standing of the characteristics and functions of various types of capital in the socialist market economy,deepen under-standing of the characteristics and functions of various types of capital in the socialist market economy,give better play to the positive role of all kinds of capital in the development of socialist economy,further strengthen the regula-tion,supervision and guidance of all types of capital,prevent the unorderly sprawl and savage growth of capital,ad-here to anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition,and make all kinds of capital better serve the new development pattern,high-quality development,common prosperity for all people,and the overall development of a great modern socialist country.
