摘　　要：法治是现代市场经济的根基。改革开放以来,随着市场作用程度的加深和政府与市场角色的不断转换,我国经济法治化水平稳步提升,法制建设取得历史性成就,但仍不足以完全支撑现代市场经济运行、现代经济增长和现代社会生活。推进我国经济法治化进程有三个着力点:一是运用法治力量解决政府权力面临的“两难”,构建法治政府;二是以法治约束和规范市场主体行为,构建有效市场;三是以法治保障人民对美好生活的追求,实现人的自由全面发展。The rule of law is the foundation for modern market economy.Since the introduction of the reform and opening up policy,China's economy has steadily become more and more law-based with the deepening of the impact of the market and the continuous evolution of the role of the government and the market,but it is still not enough to support modern market operations,economic growth and social life.There are three key points in pushing forward the rule of law in China's economy:first,use the rule of law to solve the"dilemma"faced by the government power and build a law-based government;second,use the rule of law to regulate and restrict the behavior of market entities and build an efficient market;third,use the rule of law to satisfy people's pursuit of a better life and realize free and full development of human beings.
