摘　　要：中国区域经济学是研究中国区域经济发展和区际关系的科学。这门学科要回答的主要问题有:一个区域如何实现经济发展?不同地区在全国生产地域分工中各自具有哪些优势,应处于什么地位,承担何种功能?一个区域应该与其他区域建立怎样的经济联系,如何建立这种联系?央地两级政府如何规划特定区域的发展方向并协调不同区域间的关系?通过改革开放以来四十多年的理论与实践探索,这些问题已经有了一些初步的答案,区域经济学理论界将这些问题总结归纳为“中国区域经济学”。Chinese regional economics is the science of regional economic development and inter-regional relations in China.The main questions to be answered by this discipline are:How does a region achieve economic development?What are the respective advantages of different regions in the geographical division of production in the country,and what should be their position and functions?What economic links should a region establish with other regions and how should they be established?How can governments at the central and local levels plan the direction of development in a given region and coordinate the relations between dfferent regions?Through more than 40 years of theoretical and practical exploration since there form and opening up of China,some preliminary answers to these questions have emerged,which have been summarized in the theoretical field of regional economics as"Chinese regional economics".
