摘　　要：当前我国地方品质驱动地区高质量发展的时代已经到来。基于2009-2016年中国284个地级及以上城市的空间面板数据,实证分析地方品质对区域创新能力的直接影响、溢出效应和空间差异。结果发现:地方品质的提升不仅显著促进本地区的创新发展,还对周边地区呈现显著的空间溢出效应,且地方品质对区域创新的驱动机制在空间上更倾向于通过人口流动尤其是人力资本游走传递。地方品质对区域创新的影响将伴随城市工资水平、发展阶段、人力资本规模和通达性等的提升而呈上升。从对本地和周边区域创新带动性看,地方品质中个人消费服务和地区健康环境的创新带动性更强,地区公共服务对本地和周边区域并未体现出显著的创新带动性。未来我国城市化发展应强化以地方品质推动城市转型的发展策略,在试点城市选择上应聚焦于高校聚集城市、交通枢纽城市以及大都市圈内部生态环境和城市服务条件较好的“边缘城市”。地方政府提升地方品质的策略应注重“点”与“面”结合,重视地方品质建设的空间联动性。At present,the era of high-quality development driven by quality of place in areas has come in China,based on the spatial panel data of 284 prefecture level and above cities in China from 2009 to 2016,this paper empirically analyzes the direct impact of quality of place on regional innovation capacity,spillover effects and spatial differences.The results show that the improvement of quality of place not only significantly promotes the innovation development of the region,but also has a significant spatial spillover effect on the surrounding areas,and the driving mechanism of quality of place on regional innovation is more likely to be transmitted through population flow,especially human capital migration.The impact of quality of place on regional innovation will increase with the improvement of urban wage level,development stage,human capital scale and accessibility.From the perspective of innovation driving force for local and surrounding areas,the innovation driving force of personal consumption service and regional health environment in quality of place is stronger,while the regional public service does not show significant innovation driving force for local and surrounding areas.In the future,China’s urbanization development should strengthen the development strategy of promoting urban transformation with quality of place,in the selection of pilot cities,we should focus on the“edge cities”with better ecological environment and urban service conditions,such as the gathering cities of colleges and universities,the transportation hub cities,and the Metropolitan area.The local government should pay attention to the combination of“point”and“face”,and the spatial linkage of quality of place construction.
