摘　　要：生产性服务业集聚能否实现经济增长与资源环境保护的双赢,推进城市经济高质量发展?文章通过建立动态空间杜宾模型,从理论和实证上分析生产性服务业集聚、空间溢出对城市经济高质量发展的影响。研究发现:第一,生产性服务业集聚产生规模经济效应、人才集聚效应、知识和技术溢出效应等,是中国城市经济高质量发展的空间动力源;第二,该结果在采用Bartik工具变量法解决内生性问题后,调整样本量和替换空间权重矩阵进行稳健性检验后,仍然具有一致性;第三,生产性服务业集聚的MAR外部性、Jacobs外部性、Porter外部性都是影响本城市及周边城市经济高质量发展的动力,同时作用于绿色技术效率和绿色技术进步的路径,其中Porter外部性的绿色技术进步效应发挥尚有阻碍。本文对于新发展阶段探索城市经济绿色转型发展,开拓城市经济高质量发展的空间动力源具有重要的理论和实践参考价值。Can the agglomeration of production service industries achieve a win-win situation of economic growth and resource protection,and promote the high-quality development of urban economy?This article establishes a dynamic Spatial Durbin Model to analyze theoretically and empirically whether the agglomeration of productive service industries and spatial spillover affect the high-quality development of urban economy.It is found that the agglomeration of productive service industries generates economy of scale effect,talent agglomeration effect,knowledge and technology spillover effect,etc.,and is a spatial power source for the high-quality development of China's urban economy.In addition,the results are found to be still consistent after adopting Bartik's instrumental variables method to solve the endogeneity problem,adjusting the sample size and replacing the spatial weight matrix for robustness testing.What's more,productive MAR externality,Jacobs externality and Porter externality of service industry agglomeration are all drivers of high quality economic development in this city and surrounding cities,acting on both green technical efficiency and green technological progress paths,among which the green technological progress effect of Porter externality is still hindered.This article has important theoretical and practical reference value for exploring the green transformation development of urban economy in the new development stage and developing the spatial power source of high-quality development of urban economy.
