摘 要:为研究高温环境对云爆装置性能的影响,利用有限元方法对高温载荷作用下云爆装置的温度应力进行了数值模拟,分析云爆装置温度及应力分布状态以及随时间的变化规律,研究了衬层对装药热应力的影响,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:针对本文中直径120mm的云爆装置,向壳体施加70℃温度载荷后,装药升温过程所需时长为1 800s,随时间增加,装药及壳体热应力呈现“快速增长-增长放缓-趋于稳定”的变化过程,且装药及壳体最大应力值均小于其屈服极限;装药内部热应力呈现边缘大于中心的分布规律,增加衬层有利于降低装药热应力。In order to study the influence of high temperature environment on the performance of FAE device,the temperature stress of FAE device under high temperature load was numerically simulated by using the finite element method.The temperature and stress distribution of the FAE device and the change law with time were analyzed,and the influence of liner thickness on the stress was studied.The results show that,for the 120mm diameter FAE device in this paper,after the temperature load of 70℃is applied to the shell,the heating time of charge is 1800s,the stress of charge and shell presents a change process of“rapid growth-slow growth-tend to be stable”with the increase of time,and the stress of charge and shell are less than its yield limit;The thermal stress in the charge presents the distribution law that the edge is greater than the center,the liner is beneficial to reduce the thermal stress of charge.
