摘 要:为增强药型罩射流的侵彻能力,设计了一种W形药型罩,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,分别对W形药型罩和锥角药型罩的射流形成过程以及侵彻性能进行了数值模拟,分析W形药型罩形成射流的过程,并对2种药型罩的模拟结果进行比较。结果表明:W形药型罩形成的射流长度比锥角药型罩提高了6.0%,头部速度提升了5.9%,侵彻深度也提高了14.3%。To improve the penetration capacity of liner jet,a W-shaped liner was designed.The jet formation process and penetration performance of W-shaped liner and cone-shaped liner were simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.The jet formation process of W-shaped liner and cone-shaped liner was analyzed and the simulation results of the two liners were compared.The results show that compared with cone-shaped liner,the jet length of W-shaped liner is increased by 6.0%,the head velocity is increased by 5.9%,and the penetration depth is increased by 14.3%.
