摘  要:为提高城市反恐和排爆作业中携行雷管装置的安全性和可靠性,设计一款具备便捷携行、防撞击、防静电、防电磁辐射、防热辐射等功能,且能够有效防护15发雷管爆炸的半密闭式雷管防爆筒。通过开展排爆作业危害要素分析,对半封闭式雷管防爆筒的功能及结构进行设计,并对该雷管防爆筒进行性能理论计算、爆炸作用模拟仿真和抗爆性能试验研究。研究结果表明,该型半密闭式雷管防爆筒性能达到设计目的,能够有效保护人员安全。To improve the safety and reliability of detonator carrying device in urban anti-terrorism and explosive disposal operation,a semi-closed detonator explosion-proof cylinder with convenient carrying,anti-impact,anti-static,anti-electromagnetic radiation,anti-thermal radiation and other functions,and can effectively protects 15 detonators from explosion was designed.The function and structure of the semi-closed detonator explosion-proof cylinder were designed through the analysis of the hazardous elements of explosive disposal operation,and the performance theoretical calculation,explosion simulation and explosion-resistant performance test of the detonator explosion-proof cylinder were carried out.The research results show that the performance of designed semi-closed detonator explosion-proof cylinder can achieve the design index and effectively protect the security of personnel.
