贮存时间对硅系延期药延期性能的影响

摘  要:为探究贮存时间对硅系延期药延期时间的影响,通过正交试验研究了硅粉、硅系延期药和延期发火件在自然条件下贮存一定时间后发火件延期性能的变化,并分析其原因。研究结果表明:在装压药参数相同情况下,硅粉贮存时间是影响发火件延期性能的主要因素;延期药和发火件的自然贮存时间都对发火件的延期性能影响不大;获得自然贮存时间的最佳组合为:硅粉贮存时间18个月,制备的延期药贮存6个月,装配的发火件贮存1个月,该贮存条件下的延期性能最好。In order to explore the effect of storage time on the delay time of silicon-based delay composition,the delay performance change of ignition component was studied by orthogonal test,of which silicon powder,silicon-based delay composition and delay ignition component were storaged for a certain time in natural environment,and the reasons were analyzed.The results show that under the same loading parameters condition,the storage time of silicon powder is the main factor affecting the delay performance,while the natural storage time of the delay composition and the ignition component has little influence on the delay performance of the delay ignition component,the best combination of natural storage time is obtained,which are silicon powder storage time of 18 months,prepared delay composition storage time of 6 months,assembled ignition component storage time of 1 month,the delay performance is the best under the above storage time conditions.
