摘  要:随着CAN总线在现代汽车电子控制单元中的普遍应用,CAN总线的仿真验证与故障注入测试需求也越来越大。为满足控制器CAN总线快速仿真与故障模拟验证需求,文章利用CANoe测试软件的CAPL编程语言结合Test Modules模块调用CSV文件建立的数据库,搭建一种总线仿真与故障模拟自动测试系统。该系统能同时满足CAN、CAN FD总线故障模拟自动化测试需求,根据测试输入快速搭建仿真测试环境,提高测试效率。测试系统功能拓展能力强、开发难度小、上手快,能满足目前快速迭代的测试需求。With the widespread application of CAN bus in modern automotive electronic control unit,the requirements of simulation verification and fault injection test of CAN bus are increasing.In order to meet the requirements of rapid simulation and fault simulation verification of control-ler CAN bus,an automatic test system for bus simulation and fault simulation is built using the CAPL programming language of CANoe test software and the database of CSV file called by Test Modules.The system can meet both CAN and CAN FD bus fault simulation automation test requirements,according to the test input quickly build simulation test environment,and improve the test efficiency.The test system has strong function expansion ability,small development difficulty,easy to use,and can meet the current rapid iteration test requirements.
