摘  要:文章以Al-Si镀层热成形硼钢板为母材,分别采用半剥层激光拼焊(partialablation)和不剥层直接填丝焊(noablation,withfillingwire)工艺制成拼焊板(TWB),研究两种拼焊板焊缝区域的力学性能、硬度和冲击韧性,并应用量产热冲压模具进行了B柱试冲,对冲压后B柱的焊缝区性能和三点弯曲性能进行了比较。研究表明:无论是半剥层激光拼焊还是不剥层直接填丝焊激光拼焊,其焊缝区域力学性能均不弱于母材,冲压后B柱零件的抗弯曲性能也与无焊缝的B柱量产零件相当。Taking Al-Si coated hot stamping boron steel as the base material,the tailor welded blanks(TWB)are made by using the processes of partial ablation and no ablation with flling wire respectively.The mechanical properties,hardness and impact toughness of the weld seam area of the two kinds of blanks are studied.At the same time,the B-pillar stamping trial is also carried out with the existing production tooling,the mechanical properties of the weld seam area and the three-point bending performance of the stamped B-pillar are compared.The research shows that the me-chanical performance of the weld seam area is not weaker than that of the base metal,and the three-point bending performance of stamped B-pillar is also equivalent to that of production parts without weld seam.
