摘  要:基于永磁涡流调速器的结构特征和工作原理,研究其传动特性和参数影响规律。基于等效磁路法推导了电磁转矩解析式公式,表明影响转矩的主要参数为气隙大小和转速差。采用有限元方法对永磁涡流调速器的运行特性进行了仿真计算,研究了永磁涡流调速器的关键部件上的磁密和电涡流分布,同时获得了在不同气隙大小和转速差条件下对转矩的影响规律。设计加工了永磁涡流调速器样机,并搭建了物理实验平台,对永磁涡流调速器影响转矩的气隙大小和转速差两种影响因素开展了实验分析,实验结果与仿真计算结果吻合度较好,验证了所采用的有限元仿真方法的有效性,其结论可为永磁涡流调速器优化设计工作提供重要参考。Based on the structural characteristics and working principle of permanent magnet eddy current speed governor,the transmission characteristics and parameter influence laws were studied.Based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method,the analytical formula of electromagnetic torque was deduced.It showed that the main parameters affecting the torque were the size of air gap and the speed difference.The operation characteristics of the permanent magnet eddy current governor were simulated by using the finite element method,and the magnetic density and eddy current distribution on the key components of the permanent magnet eddy current governor were studied.At the same time,the influence rules on the torque under different air gap size and speed difference were obtained.A prototype of permanent magnet eddy current governor was designed and processed,and a physical experimental platform was built.The experimental analysis was carried out on the two factors that affect the torque of the permanent magnet eddy current governor,the size of the air gap and the speed difference.The experimental results were in good agreement with the simulation results,which verified the effectiveness of the finite element simulation method used.The conclusions can provide an important reference for the optimization design of the permanent magnet eddy current governor.
