摘 要:使用离散元仿真软件EDEM在相同材料条件和运动条件下对薄煤层采煤机小直径滚筒两种转向进行仿真,探究滚筒转向对装煤效果的影响,并通过分析装煤过程中煤炭颗粒的运动轨迹研究装煤性能存在差异的原因。仿真试验得出:采煤机滚筒逆转装煤率为41.37%,采煤机滚筒顺转装煤率为27.51%,导致这一差异的主要原因是由于采煤机滚筒逆转对煤炭颗粒的作用更有利于装煤,分析结果可为薄煤层采煤机滚筒工作旋向选择提供理论依据。The discrete element simulation software EDEM was used to simulate the two steering directions of the small diameter drum of the thin coal seam shearer under the same material conditions and movement conditions,explore the impact of drum steering on the coal loading effect,and study the reasons for the differences in coal loading performance by analyzing the movement trajectory of coal particles in the coal loading process.The simulation test showed that the reverse loading rate of the shearer drum was 41.37%,and the forward loading rate of the shearer drum was 27.51%.The main reason for this difference is that the effect of the shearer drum reverse on coal particles is more conducive to coal loading.The analysis results can provide a theoretical basis for selecting the working rotation direction of the shearer drum in thin coal seams.
