摘 要:乙丙橡胶常被用于煤矿移动设备高压电缆的绝缘,致使其在使用中要经受电场和压力的共同作用。针对压力对乙丙橡胶的极化电流的影响,测量了不同压力和电场强度下乙丙橡胶的极化电流,分析了极化电流的变化趋势,以及压力对乙丙橡胶电导特性的影响。结果表明:不同压力下,乙丙橡胶仍具有非线性电导特性,其阈值场强随着压力的升高先增大,后减小。当压力低于600 kPa时,压力的作用限制了乙丙橡胶中分子间的运动,使其电导率降低,空间电荷注入的阈值场强提高,绝缘性能在一定程度上得到提升。随着压力继续增大,分子链遭到破坏,空间电荷注入的阈值场强降低,导致电导率升高。Ethylene-propylene diene monomer is often used for the insulation of high-voltage cables of mobile equipment in coal mines,which results in the joint action of electric field and pressure in use.Aiming at the influence of pressure on the polarization current of EPDM,the polarization current of EPDM under different pressure and electric field strength was measured,and the change trend of polarization current and the influence of pressure on the conductivity of EPDM were analyzed.The results show that EPDM still has nonlinear conductivity characteristics under different pressures,and its threshold field strength first increases and then decreases with the increase of pressure.When the pressure is lower than 600 kPa,the effect of pressure limits the intermolecular movement in EPDM,which reduces its conductivity,increases the threshold field strength of space charge injection,and improves the insulation performance to a certain extent.As the pressure continues to increase,the molecular chain is destroyed,and the threshold field strength of space charge injection decreases,leading to an increase in conductivity.
