摘  要:由于国内各地煤矿井下水仓环境条件不同,导致不同的煤矿采用不同的水仓清理工艺。针对山西潞安漳村煤矿井下水仓,人工清淤存在的费时费工、劳动强度大、施工安全性差以及清仓过程中造成的二次污染等问题,研制了一套合适的机械化水仓清淤处理设备,该设备可避免水仓清理时造成巷道的环境污染,改善人员工作环境,降低劳动强度,保障操作人员安全生产,提高矿山井下水仓的清理效率。减员增效,获得良好的社会经济效益的同时,提供了一种新的、可靠的水仓清理技术手段,有利于煤矿矿山的机械化自动化建设。Due to the different environmental conditions of water sump in coal mines in China,different coal mines adopt different water sump cleaning processes.In view of the problems of time and labor consumption,high labor intensity,poor construction safety and secondary pollution caused by manual dredging of the water sump in Zhangcun Coal Mine,Lu'an,Shanxi Province,a suitable set of mechanized water sump dredging treatment equipment has been developed.This equipment can avoid the environmental pollution of the roadway caused by the cleaning of the water sump,improve the working environment of the personnel,reduce the labor intensity,ensure the safe production of the operators,and improve the cleaning efficiency of the water sump in the mine.Reduce the number of staff and increase efficiency,and obtain good social and economic benefits.At the same time,it also provides a new and reliable technical means for sump cleaning,which is conducive to the mechanized automation construction of coal mines.
