摘 要:TBM法施工具有快速、高效、安全等显著优势,逐渐成为大型煤矿建设的首选方法。长距离通风是制约TBM高效掘进的关键因素之一,针对特长煤矿斜井TBM法施工通风难题,结合可可盖煤矿斜井工程建设实践,采用更换风机两阶段独头压入式通风方案,并对方案进行详细的计算分析和现场通风效果检验。结果表明,该方案通风效果良好,满足相关规范要求,可为相关工程的建设提供参考。TBM construction has obvious advantages of speed,efficiency and safety,and has gradually become the preferred method for large coal mine construction.Long-distance ventilation is one of the key factors that restrict the efficient tunneling of TBM.In view of the difficult ventilation problem in the construction of the extra-long coal mine inclined shaft with TBM method,combined with the construction practice of the inclined shaft project in Kekegai Coal Mine,the two-stage single-head forced ventilation scheme with replacement of fans was adopted,and the detailed calculation analysis and on-site ventilation effect test were carried out for the scheme.The results showed that the ventilation effect of this scheme was good,and met the requirements of relevant specifications,which could provide reference for the construction of related projects.
