摘  要:为了提高蛇形弹簧联轴器的使用寿命,应提升其安全性能。通过受力分析、优化设计计算、有限元分析等,对蛇形弹簧联轴器半体的齿形进行了分析改进,将圆弧齿优化为半圆弧齿,减少了联轴器工作时承受的应力,提高了联轴器的传递扭矩,使用安全系数提高了1.2倍,从而降低了备选系数,提高了市场竞争力。联轴器半体的半圆弧齿为变曲率深窄圆弧槽,加工困难,生产效率低,为联轴器高效加工的制造难点。通过设计开发专用三刃圆角锥度铣刀而实现深窄曲面槽的高效化加工,满足任意曲率半径深窄曲面齿槽的高效加工,使半体粗铣开槽效率提高1倍以上,精铣加工效率提高3倍以上。To improve the service life,safety performance of serpentine spring couplings should be improved.Through force analysis,optimization design calculation,and finite element analysis,the tooth shape of the half body of the serpentine spring coupling has been analyzed and improved.The circular tooth has been optimized into a semicircular circular tooth,reducing the stress borne by the coupling during operation,improving the transmission torque of the coupling,and increasing the safety factor in use by 1.2 times,thereby reducing the alternative coefficient and improving market competitiveness.The semicircular arc tooth of the coupling half is a variable curvature deep narrow arc groove,which is difficult to process and has low production efficiency,which is a manufacturing difficulty for efficient machining of the coupling.Through the design and development of a dedicated three-blade fillet taper milling cutter,the efficient machining of deep and narrow curved grooves was achieved,which met the requirements of efficient machining of deep and narrow curved grooves with arbitrary radius of curvature.This improved the slotting efficiency of half body rough milling by more than one time,and the precision milling efficiency by more than three times.
