摘 要:随着我国氮氧化物排放标准的不断收紧,燃气锅炉氮氧化物排放质量浓度被限制在50 mg/m3以下,这对工业燃气燃烧器提出了很大的挑战。分析了燃烧过程中NO的生成机理及影响因素,总结了常用的低氮燃烧技术,介绍了我国燃气燃烧器发展历程。针对国产低氮燃烧器研发的迫切需求,提出了新型低氮燃烧器设计方案,通过一级燃气管、二级燃气管、烟气再循环(FGR)烟罩、旋流器等部分的结构设计,充分利用分级燃烧与烟气再循环方法,达到了控制氮氧化物排放的目的。同时利用数值计算软件开展了相关模拟计算,计算结果显示新型低氮燃烧器具有优良的性能参数。利用燃烧器样机开展了热态试验,试验结果表明其具有良好排放特性及负荷调节性能。提出的方案为国产新型低氮燃烧器的开发提供了新思路。With the continuous tightening of NO_(x) emission standards,the NO_(x) emission concentration of gas-fired boilers is limited to 50mg/m3,which poses a great challenge to industrial gas burners.This article analyzed the formation mechanism and influencing factors of NO in the combustion process,summarized several commonly used low-nitrogen combustion technologies,and introduced the development history of gas burners in our country.In response to the urgent needs of domestic low-nitrogen burner research and development,this article proposed a new low-nitrogen burner design scheme.Through the structural design of the parts of primary and secondary gas pipes,Flue Gas Recirculation(FGR)hoods,cyclones,etc.,making full use of staged combustion and FGR methods,the low-nitrogen burner achieves the goal of controlling nitrogen oxide emissions.The numerical calculation software was also used to carry out related simulation calculations,and the results showed that the new low nitrogen burner has excellent performance parameters.Finally,a thermal experiment was carried out,and the experimental results showed that it has good emission characteristics and load regulation performance.The scheme proposed in this article provided a new reference for the development of the new domestic low-NO_(x)burners.
