摘 要:在沉降炉上开展低挥发分贫煤焦炭燃烧实验,研究了反应温度(1100~1300℃)、氧气体积分数(0~15%)和初始NO体积分数(0~500 mL/m^(3))对焦炭氮释放和NO_(x)生成与还原特性的影响。结果表明:在1300℃无氧条件下,焦炭和NO发生异相还原反应,随着初始NO体积分数由0增加至500 mL/m^(3),NO_(x)还原率由0增加至93.4%。在焦炭燃烧条件下,焦炭氮释放并氧化生成NO_(x),此时增加初始NO体积分数抑制焦炭氮向NO_(x)转化。随着反应温度升高、氧气体积分数降低或初始NO体积分数增加,焦炭氮向NO_(x)的表观转化率均有所降低。当反应温度为1300℃、氧气体积分数为5%时,随着初始NO体积分数由0增加至500 mL/m^(3),焦炭对NO_(x)的还原作用逐渐增强,NO_(x)表观转化率由7.9%逐渐降低至-24.2%。The effects of reaction temperature(1100-1300℃),oxygen concentration(0-15%)and initial NO concentration(0-500mL/m^(3))on the nitrogen release,NO_(x)formation and reduction characteristics of low-volatile lean coal char were studied on a drop tube furnace.The results show that the NO_(x)reduction efficiency increases from 0to 93.4%with the increase of initial NO concentration from 0to 500mL/m^(3)at 1300℃without oxygen.Char nitrogen is released and NO_(x)is produced during char combustion process.The increase of NO concentration can inhibit the conversion of NO_(x)from char nitrogen.The apparent conversion rate of char nitrogen to NO_(x)decreases and the NO_(x)reduction efficiency increases with the increase of reaction temperature,the decrease of oxygen concentration or the increase of initial NO concentration.The reduction effect of char on NO_(x)is gradually enhanced with the increase of initial NO concentration from 0to 500mL/m^(3),and the NO_(x)apparent conversion rate gradually decreases from 7.9%-24.2%when the reaction temperature is 1300℃and the oxygen concentration is 5%.
