摘 要:文章以丽水某电镀厂化学镀镍废水为研究对象,主要从氧化剂种类、反应pH值、反应温度和反应时间等指标分析镍回收的最佳条件。结果表明:当氧化剂为过氧化氢、投加当量为1.4、反应pH为3、反应温度为40℃、反应时间为2 h时,镍的去除率可以达到99.21%。在工厂实际应用中,在生成氢氧化镍沉淀后,先进行冷却,再用板框压滤机过滤,分离效率得到了显著提高,回收率为90.1%。该方法已应用于该电镀企业。This study takes the chemical nickel plating wastewater from an electroplating plant as the research object.The optimal conditions for nickel recovery were analyzed mainly from the following indicators:oxidant type,reaction pH value,reaction temperature and reaction time.The results showed that the removal rate of nickel could reach 99.21%when the oxidant was hydrogen peroxide,the dosage equivalent was 1.4,the reaction pH was 3,the reaction temperature was 40℃,and the reaction time was 2 hours.In the practical application of the factory,after being generated,the nickel hydroxide precipitation was cooled down,and then filtered by the plate and frame filter press.Following this process,the separatiing efficiency had been significantly improved,and the recovery rate reached 90.1%.The method can be applied to the electroplating enterprise.
