摘　　要：为分析康威达新型消毒方式对口腔藻酸盐印模消毒效果的影响,首先将口腔藻酸盐印模分别置于预先准备好的金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠埃希氏菌的菌悬液中进行染菌,接着将口腔印模随机分为3组:阴性对照组、阳性对照组、康威达消毒剂组,分别以蒸馏水、75%酒精、康威达进行消毒处理,其中康威达消毒采用短时浸泡5 s后再以浸泡过康威达的消毒丝巾包埋的新型消毒方式进行消毒,消毒后的液体采用血琼脂培养基培养,并计算菌落数。康威达新型消毒方式对金黄色葡萄球菌以及大肠埃希氏菌的染菌藻酸盐印模消毒效果均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。研究结果表明康威达新型消毒方式具有较好的消毒效果。This study tries to make clear the new disinfection of KonVIDA disinfectant on the disinfection effect of oral alginate impression.The alginate oral impression samples were respectively placed in the pre-prepared bacterial suspensions of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli for adhering bacterium.Bacterium impression specimens were randomly divided into three groups:negative control group,positive control group and convida disinfectant group,which were treated with distilled water,75%alcohol and KonVIDA respectively.KonVIDA groups were KonVIDA short-term soaking fou 5 sec,followed by disinfection with silk scarves with soaking,then embed them in a KonVIDA scarf and sterilize them.The sterilized liquid was cultured in blood agar medium,and the number of colonies was counted.The new disinfection methods of KonVIDA disinfectant had significant differences in the disinfection effect of alginate impression on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli(P<0.05).The new disinfection method of KonVIDA disinfectant has better disinfection effect.
