花生野生种超长链脂肪酸的鉴定评价

摘  要:超长链脂肪酸在植物中起着至关重要的生理和结构作用,并且在食品、工业和医学等领域有着很好的应用价值。本研究以74份花生野生种为材料,连续2年测定种子中超长链脂肪酸含量。结果表明,花生野生种超长链脂肪酸总量变异丰富,两年均值变异范围为5.84%~14.21%,均值为7.21%,明显高于栽培种(6.61%)。发掘出超长链脂肪酸总量高的种质3份,含量分别为14.21%、11.03%和11.27%。花生野生种超长链脂肪酸中山嵛酸含量最高(2.98%±0.27%),其次为花生酸(1.56%±0.79%)。进一步分析发现含有野生种血缘的品种ICGV86699超长链脂肪酸总量显著高于不同植物类型的栽培种代表材料,说明花生野生种可以有效应用于栽培种超长链脂肪酸的遗传改良。Very-long-chain fatty acids(VLCFAs)are important molecules that play crucial physiological and structural roles in plants,and have great application potential in food,industry and medicine.In the present study,74 Arachis wild species were tested for VLCFAs content in 2017-2018.The total content of VLCFAs in the Arachis species was 5.84%-14.21%,with an average of 7.21%,significantly higher than that of cultivated peanut(6.61%).Three accessions with high VLCFAs content of 14.21%,11.03%and 11.27%were identified.The content of behen⁃ic acid is the highest(2.98%±0.27%)in VLCFAs,followed by arachidic acid(1.56%±0.79%).Further analysis in⁃dicated that the total content of VLCFAs of ICGV86699 derived from wild specie was significantly higher than that of cultivated peanut of different botanical type.The result shows that Arachis wild species can be effectively applied to genetic improvement of VLCFAs in cultivated peanut.
