摘  要:为提高花生低温耐受性,增加幼苗生物量,探讨2,4-表油菜素内酯(2,4-epibrassinolide,EBR)对低温胁迫下花生幼苗生长及生理特性的调控机制。以耐低温花生品种豫花22号为材料,在低温环境中测定不同浓度EBR喷雾处理下花生幼苗相关生长及生理指标。结果显示,适宜浓度的EBR能有效缓解低温胁迫对花生幼苗的损伤,0.10 mg·L^(-1)时效果最佳,此时,相比于低温对照(CK),其冷害指数明显降低,主根长度、株高、地下鲜质量、地上鲜质量、植株鲜质量和植株干质量分别提高62.44%、52.49%、104.76%、107.09%、106.51%、132.69%;同时,外源EBR能减少花生幼苗叶片丙二醛含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性,增加可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量,从而提高植株的低温耐受性,为构建壮苗奠定基础。To improve tolerance of peanut to cold stress,the influence of 2,4-epibrassinolide(EBR)was in⁃vestigated on peanut growth and physiological characteristics of seedlings under low temperature stress.The low temperature tolerant variety Yuhua 22 was used as material to determine growth and physiological indexes related to germination under low temperature stress with different concentrations of EBR spray.Results showed that the exoge⁃nous EBR of appropriate concentration could effectively alleviate the damage of peanut seedlings under low temper⁃ature stress,and 0.10 mg·L^(-1) EBR was the best.Compared with low temperature control,the cold injury index of the seedlings decreased significantly with remarkably improved taproot length,plant height,underground fresh weight,above-ground fresh weight,plant fresh weight and plant dry weight by 62.44%,52.49%,104.76%,107.09%,106.51%and 132.69%respectively.Meanwhile,exogenous EBR could effectively reduce accumulation of malonal⁃dehyde content,increase activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase,and increase the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline in peanut seedling.These physiological changes improved low tempera⁃ture tolerance of peanuts,increased seedling biomass,and laid the foundation for building of strong seedlings.
